Class History OME good-hearted persons thinking that we needed a better educa- tion presented our names to the Principal of C. S. N. S. He gladly sent us a copy of the school catalog. After pondering over it for some time we decided to come to Clarion to get a better education. On a beautiful September day we started out from our various homes in a state of great excitement. On reaching Clarion we were welcomed by the teachers and older students. Towards the latter part of the fall term the Freshmen were called together. At this meeting we elected our class officers. Later we selected our class colors, motto, flower, and Eugene Field as our class poet. We also organized two basket ball teams, of which the boys took the honor for the class games. We are represented in baseball and tennis. We are all enjoying our school work and think Clarion is one of the best places to come to get a good education.
