STANDING P Pendleton V Kmckel E Ruth L Rapp The 1958 59 Marching Band conslsted of f1fty one members The members perfonned at all the football games at home and away attended the Hlgh School Band Day held at Ohlo Wesleyan Um verslty, and marched U1 three parades. The flrst appearance of thls year's Concert Band was made at the Chnstmas assembly. They added thexr rousmg and sptrlted part to the County Bas ketball Tournaments and performed concerts at Rtdgedale and the Marlon County Home l.l'l addt uon to the Wmter Band Concert and the May Fesuval held at Clandon. Clar1don's Concert Band brought honors home agam when they recexved four superlor ratmgs at the d1str1ct contest held at Bascom and a rattng of excellent at Demson Unlverslty. Memortal Day Serv1ces at Clandon, Salem, and Chapel Hexghts rounded out the rest of the year.
