Our average enrollment has numbered thirty-five. Just as is true each year, our study of community life centering about atypical little town called Westport, has been one of the most interesting. The study of the importance of homes, churches, stores, and factories, and the facts about sources of food and clothing have provided us with true-to-life lessons. We have been constantly aware that everyone should have a place to fill in community life. The boys and girls drew maps and pictures of Westport, then represented a small section of the village on tables in the class room.
