STUDENT COUNCIL 1ST SEMESTER Left to Flight: Simin Ali-Akbarian, Mark Guia, Michelle Montelongo, Casey Lewis, Brenda Foutz, Angela Macsenti, Dori Warner Mr. l-lart - l believe that first semester Student Council was successful. There was a dance a month and they were all great. The can food drive was one of the best ever. The kids tried very hard to make it like that. They were a bunch of good kids. 'Thats 'What jfnkencfs Fire for ZIYD SEMESTER Left to Right: Brenda Foutz, Michelle Monteiongo, Debi Sanders, Mark Gumrn, Angela Macsenti, Tricia Winston Q Mrs. Gonzales-f'Second se- mester Student Council was very Successlul. The officers were responsible and you could trust them to meet any deadline. The Morley Candy Sale was run ex- tremely well by Student Council. All of the kids in Student Council were lun to work with.

Somewhat different. There wasn't a reg- ular big production. The second semester Drama Class did produce a one act play with eight performances. This year was... 'flnterestingmgood potential that didnt reach fruition, Unfortunately the program was hurt by various negative variables. But Mr. Franks and l are hoping that with a strong 6th grade the Drama program may be revived next year. This year wash I really enjoyed a learning how to be a character in a play and how to do that character convincingly, 'I This year was.. l really didnt enjoy Drama much first semester because we didnt do a playg but second semester we did Bench 783 l liked this play because it was a comedy where everyone had some type ol part.
