JOHN W. KORNEGAY For Treasurer Again I am asking the voters to support me in the race for county treasurer. I made the race two years ago and was defeated by a small vote, owing to the fact that I entered the race so late that I was unable to canvass the county as I should. Ilwould not have entered this race had I not been asked to do so by some of the leading citizens of the county. I am not running for this office because I am un- able to do manual labor for I have made a living so far and can still do so. I am running on my merits which I expect to elect me. If I can be elected to this office fair and square and without hammering on my fellow opponents, I would like very much to have the office and will serve the people to the very best of my ability. I hope to see every voter between now and elec- tion time and ask you personally for your vote, thank- ing you for what you have done for me in the past and asking you for your support and influence in the com- ing primary. I am your friend, JOHN W. KORNEGAY.
