Student Council Top Row Allen, P Sullivan, J Dowdy, R Wehner, D Frederick C Hoppe, M McGlockl1n, S McK1dd1e, J Robbins, L Giguere, J Campbell Bottom Row P Harrington, D Hamlin M Murph Mr Millerd Clxdvisorl, B Tucker J Lamb QPresident , A Gault fl Spencer, S Cropiot, E Messamore, N wilson STUDENT COUNCIL The Clarenceville High Student Council has been organized in order to encourage a more effective spirit of cooperation between the faculty and the student body It also has been organized to promote a better relationship between neighboring and league schools The Student Council has the power to pass measures for the general welfare of the school, subject only to the absolute veto power of the principal This year, as in the past, the Clarenceville Student Council has given complete cooperation to the W 0 C L They have encouraged and cooperated with the American Field Service After school Juke Box Dances have been planned by the council for the benefit of the entire school Exchange days have taken place between the councils of Clarenceville and Holly, Bloomfield Hills, and Thurston to improve relation ships between these different schools and to get ideas on im proving our school The major accomplishment of the Student Council this year was the passing of a ban on levis, Jeans, coveralls, and overalls as acceptable dress for male students i : R. ....
