Its pace has been so fast that each suc- ceeding generation lives in a different kind of world The explosion of population and explosion of knowledge promise to make the next decade more challenging Our schools must prepare youth to meet these rapidly changing conditions. Our board of education and admin- istrative staff work together in planning a program for all students from kindergarten through grade 12. The board, elected by the voters of the school district, formulates policies. The administrative staff makes recommendations on policies, then administers those adopted by the board.
