POWERS THAT BE... Our far-sighted Board of Education, chosen hv lliclxorv parents and taxpavers with the welfare ol' the students in mind. has done much this season. The painting of our school huilding. the modernization of the grammar schools, and the huilding of the new 'lunior High School are a few of the decisions for which students. teachers, and parents are grateful. This hoard. composed ol' seven inemhers, elected everv four years, handles other pertinent school alllairs. including the election of teachers, principals, and the superintendent.
