freacemeat EoHy every morning, the sounds of banging pots and pans could be heard coming from Clairemont High School. If you ever arrived before the bells, you might have seen our cafeteria staff busily preparing some hot, tasty, mouth-watering dishes. They were a vital port of our school. Without their dedica- tion and efforts, many of us would have gone hungry dur- ing lunch. Ever wonder why our school is always so clean? The custodians were the people who did the cleaning. They spent hours daily picking up the trash and cleaning the grounds. Though we never saw them, we oil greatly ap- preciated their efforts. Unfor- tunately, even though they did work efficiently and diligently, there was still a great deal of work that re- mained to be done each day. Thankfully, we had the teacher assistants and aides to help them. The aides were a special port of the school because they fit in bet- ween the students and the teochers. They were old enough to be respected by students, but young enough so that special friendships were formed. Jon Groomrood Jan M rrrtt Froixo Simon .
