tAe fatcU peace 126 SENIORS The first (loss to complete four years at C.H.S., the seniors have (ome a long way since those ninth graders go home signs bock in 1984. Lauded as the most spirited group in memorable history, the class of '88 was noted for its immense treasury, fine academic stan- ding, and a controversial Homecoming float that had the administration up in arms back in October. Over the past few years the seniors saw styles come and go, from shirts buttoned oil the way up to the neck to mini skirts and crimped hair. Some spent hours filling out long, tedious college applications or otherwise determining life after high school. Senior year was the lost chance for Clairemont sports, dances, and frisbee in the parking lot. It was the time for senior breokfost. Grad Night, and, of course. Prom. Friendships were mode, romances came and went, and some lingered. There is no one way to universally express the many aspects of these very special last four years. It was the people that made the class of '88, so raise your glosses to the seniors, and here’s a toast to their future ...
