This outstanding team gained more victories than any other Blue Devil quintet. They also gained a District Seven Championship and a berth in the Region Two Tournament. This was the first C. C .H. S. District Championship on record. The Blue Devil victory over Fulton at Stokely Athletic Center advanced them to the semifinalsg another victory would have meant a trip to the State Tournament. The thirty wins included victories over perennial powers such as Oak Ridge, Fulton, Clinton, and Norris. The season also included three wins each over La Follette and Powell Valley. Other highlights were resounding triumphs over Carter and Gibbs on our home floor. I E
