The group consists of the elected commissioners plus one representative from each homeroom who meet on call, although usually two meetings a month were normal. It is a policy-making group with the representatives taking ideas of the student body to the group and returning to the homerooms with action taken. The meetings were presided over by Al McKay, ASB President.

The Citizenship Committee issues summons and s'ts in on Court sessions. The iudge appoints all members of the Court except the jury, Two iurors from each class are elected to be members of the Court jury 6-SCH year.
