BOARD OF VISTORS The Board of Visitors is com- posed of the most important single group of men in the administration of The Citadel. They are charged with the responsibility of establish- ing college regulations, in the proc- ess of governing The Citadel. The present chairman is Col. John M. J. Holliday of Gallivants Ferry, South Carolina, a member of the class of 1936. In addition to the regular board members composed of nine Cita- del graduates, there are five ex-offi- cio members.
