Our king and queen candidates were Pat Booth and Ruby Greifzu, Our major events and highlights were the magazine sales, the Junior Play, Rest Assured, and the Junior-Senior Prom held in the early spring with the theme Orien- tal Gardens. In the fall of 1958, August 29, 48 sophisticated seniors entered C. C, H, S, for their last year of high school education, We elected for our senior officers: Karen Fredrick - - ---- President Pat Booth ---- - - Vice President Elaine Smith - - ---- Secretary Fonda Ash ----- - -. Treasurer Dee Ann Rockhold - - ---------- Reporter Sponsors ------------------- Mr, Frye and Mr, Moore Our Student Council Representatives were Fonda Ash and Carrol Walker, Our class king and queen were Sherman Garrison and Janice Hubble, The highlights of our senior year were the Homecoming Dance and Coronation, with the theme of Winter Wonderland, the Senior Trip to the Lake of the Ozarks, which was memorable even if the water was cold and the sun hot, and Graduation, the aim, the goal, the end of the work, the play, and the friendships that are gained during high school years, All of the seniors looked forward to Graduation with pride, and the memories of many different occasions will long remain with the senior class of 1958- 1959. ' The seniors say Good-bye to C, C, H, S, and hope that future seniors will enjoy and gain as fnuch from their last year as we did, Marilyn Beekler

CLASS HISTORY On September 1, 1955, 60 green, bewildered freshmen entered the doors and walked down the halls of C, C, H, S, Now in 1959, we look back over the four years and recall many of the events and highlights of our high school education, Our freshman sponsor was Mr, Rosenberg, who met with us to elect the following class officers: President - - - ---- Fonda Ash Vice President ---- - Richard Zerkel Secretary-Treasurer - - - - Janice Bosley Reporter ------- - - Dee DeSelms Student Council - - - - Marilyn Beekler Sponsor ----- - - Mr. Rosenberg Our first class social was held at our sponsor's home, Our class king and queen candidates were Fonda Ash and Carrol Walker. September 4, 1956, 54 silly sophomores entered the doors of C, C, H, S, and met with sponsors to elect the following officers: President ----- ' - - Janice Bosley Vice President - - - - Jenny Skaggs Secretary-Treasurer - - - - ------ Reba Conard Reporter ------- --------- C arrol walker Sponsors - - - - - - Mrs, Carrell and Mr, Barnard Our Student Council Representatives were Suellyn Lindsey and Joe Galbraith Our class king and queen were Joe Galbraith and Fonda Ash, August 30, 1957, 52 jolly juniors jounced through the ever opening C,C, H S doors of education, Officers for the ye President - - - ar of '57-'58 were: Vice President - - - Secretary - - - Treasurer - - Reporter - - Sponsors - - - - Joe Galbraith - - - Dee DeSelms - - Marilyn Beekler - - -Suellyn Lindsey ----------DickKoss Mrs, Crippen and Mr, Griffen Our Student Council Representatives were Ruby Greifzu, Janice Bosley and Karel Smith.

SENIOR CLASS OFFICERS President, Karen Fredrick, Secretary, Elaine Smithg Sponsor, Mr, Moore, Sponsor, Mr Frye, Reporter, Dee Ann Rockholdg Treasurer, Fonda Ash, Vice President, Pat Booth, The seniors sponsored the Homecoming, with the theme of Winter Wonderland, The King and Queen of the year '58-'59 being Sharon Hilliard and Bill Taylor, The seniors traveled to the Lake of the Ozarks for three memorable days of glo- rious fun May 17, 18, and 19. A good time was had by all, Coming home some were sleepy eyed, some with less money than when they left, and some with severe sunburns, but all happy and filled with happy memories,
