C H S. was represented at the Ohio Wes- leyan Music Festival on February 16 by Gordon Blake, Bob Chalfin, Clyde Cook, Donnabelle Ferguson, Theresa Hill, Don Metzler, Mary Ellen Rader, and Marjorie Rinehart. After the band had completed marching obligations, it retired to the auditorium where its members attempted to improve their tone and technique. The concert group presented a benefit program to boost money for new uni- forms on May 9. On March 2 Circleville was honored by playing host to the Capital Uni versity Concert Band, as a benefit proiect for the uniform fund. Enthusiastic mothers of band members have founded a Band Mothers' organization, which will do more campaigning for our new outfits. lt is their desire to purchase them before next football season. We, the members of the C. H. S. Band, want to thank you for all you have done in the past and to wish you good luck in all your undertakings in the future.
