Some of these activities included a cake sale to raise money to host the German Soccer students, a car wash, Christmas caroling with the French Club and numer- ous parties throughout the year.

The students go to other schools to take tests for competition on a state-wide level. The French Cluh is opened to students who have an interest in French culture. This Christmas. the cluh held its tradi- tional Christmas caroling in French with the Ccrmnn Club. During Christmas vacation thc club traveled to New York City to see The Little Princeu at Radio City Music Hall and had lunch at ll French restaurant. In February, :it the Acndcmy of Music in Philadclpliizi. the club observed a performance of Marcel Marceau. ln March the cluh took an ac- tive part in the first International Festi- val at C.H.S. and sponsored a French dinner cooked hy thc club members. li?
