At left-The great violinist Fiubinoff gave a concert while touring the area. ssemblies Begin Where Studies Ends Every year the Student Council chooses three assembly programs. Those chosen to present their vari- ous abilities were Ed Schetter, Bob Larson, and Clifford Guest. Ed Schetter, a yoga specialist, showed some of his exercises and told of his vegetarian diet. The fun came when he had Steve Boggs, Curt Bair, and Mel Egolf try some of the easier exercises. At right-Members of the Flandom Sam- ple performed at CHS while touring the country.

ep Sessions Build up Eagle Qpirii A gymnasium full of kids, resonant noise, and a squad of cheerleaders was the setting of a CHS pep session. The cheerleaders worked up spirit with the students before each big eagle game. Various clubs also participated in the pep sessions with an original skit or two. During the year we sponsored a lVlr. Legs contest with Terry Papenbrock victorious. Two pep rallies were held before Carroll football game and before the sectional. All in all, a CHS pep session was a must for the Eagle teams.

Square, round, silver and gold immed glasses returned from the 9th century to correct the eyesight f in students. Skirts went from the high to the opular midi and maxi lengths. A revised dress code brought on ll the latest in slacks and pant uits, much to the distress of some. Self-knitted sweater vests and onchos became more popular. Al- ost any style, shape, or size could e found in the halls and lassrooms. t Right-One of the oldest style in lasses, wire rims, is updated by Ned Golf Donna Wilkins,and Bill Russell. 'no nw Fads and Fashions Swing With Flair l Above-Marilyn Rider and Marsha Wilson take advantage of the new dress code by wearing slacks. At Left-Long vests, gaucho pants, and midi skirts are only a few of the fads worn by Becky Lock, Diane Sheets, and Renee Arehart.
