It covers many fields showing ways in which business serves the individual. To become better business citizens of the community is one of its goals. Helping us with our studies now. preparing us for business life later, typing is one of many elective courses offered to the students of Churchill.

Mathematics Throughout life one will meet the need for numbers. Mathematics is taught as a required course in seventh, eighth,and ninth grades. It is the aim of all to learn as quickly as possible concepts. relationships, and computational skills needed in arithme- tic. Ninth grade students have the privilege of taking algebra in order to increase their knowledge of mathematics, the basis of all sciences.

Industrial Arts - Home Living The men of tomorrow's industries are being formed today in our industrial art classes. Churchill boys are being trained in the modern techniques of industry. One of the projects essential to becoming a modern-day homemaker is shown here in our home living class. These future homemakers also learn to prepare food that is needed in our daily diets. Time is also spent learning about room decorations and home nursing.
