Spankh Si Senor might be one of the many phrases that the Spanish classes have learned throughout the school year by such devices as Spanish recordings picked up by earphones, and by books. Science F acts about our world are discovered and studied by students in our science department with a course in general science introducing students to all fields of the subject studied later in high school.

History The study of our nation and its devel- opment throughout its time is the work of the history classes. Skits, debates, trials, etc., make the class periods interesting. Radio, television, newspapers, and magazines help us to follow the current happenings of the world. When election day came, we were prepared to follow intelligently because of what we had learned in civics class.

Mathematics Throughout life one will meet the need for numbers. Mathematics is taught as a required course in seventh, eighth,and ninth grades. It is the aim of all to learn as quickly as possible concepts. relationships, and computational skills needed in arithme- tic. Ninth grade students have the privilege of taking algebra in order to increase their knowledge of mathematics, the basis of all sciences.
