We now have to take life with all its seriousness we can spare. Besides driving the majority of the faculty almost crazy '.'.'ith our childish pranks, and ditching away some of our val- uable school hours, we did get down to business and accom- plish some worth-while things. We've had some experience we can look back upon and exclaim, Those were the good old days, and wonder if a certain teacher has found out yet who it was who really did roll the marbles down the study hall. Of course there's always been a senior cut day - one day when we can forget our many worries and eat and be merry in some scheduled spot far from school. Towards the end of the school year comes the big dinner and dance held just for us. This year's was special, and we all had a wonderful time. ' We're going to be a proud bunch graduation night. For the first time, we're giving our graduation exercises without an outside speaker. We rushed around to get the program organized so we can march up on the stage in our caps and gowns. On slightly wobbly knees we'll go one by one to get our diplomas. We'll miss our classmates who have already Joined the armed forces and send them our congratulations.
