At long last we were seniors! Somehow this fact did not seem so important to a few of our boys-the more important thing seemed to be a threat by a dear old uncle of theirs. Yes, you guessed it- Uncle Sam! It seemed that Uncle Sam' was holding out a brand new kfhaki outfit and the promise of S50 every month. In fact he not only held that suit out to some of them, he actually grabbed a couple off! Yes sir! From a nice sizeable class of sixty or more we now have a mere forty eight girls and draft scared boys. In spite of the aforesaid trials and tribulations of the poor boys, school activities thrived, with the largest num-
