RICHARD HELMICK B.F.A., lVl.F.A., Ohio University Mr. Helmick instructs classes in art prin- ciples, design, and applied art. Student ArtGuild The Student Art Guild is composed of girls who have outstanding ability in the field of art. The purpose of the organization is to encourage interest in the study of art and to recognize outstanding members. This year the Student Art Guild held two sales of art work donated by the members, was responsible for setting up exhibits in the art gallery, and took field trips to the Kansas City Art Museum and to Arrow Rock. . 21 Officers of the Art Guild are: Laura Finch, secretary? Bafbafa Yarbrough, vice-presidentg and Phyllis Herschel, president. Art. SIDNEY LARSON A.B., M.A., University of Missouri Mr. Larson teaches courses in art appreciation, painting, and draw ing.
