Delta Eta Chi DELTA ETA CHI is the honorary science society which endeavors to stimulate an interest in science on campus. Its name honors the scientists Darwin, Einstein, and Curie. Those who have thirteen hours of science, have shown a high scholastic standing, and have a sin- cere interest in the sciences are eligible for member- ship. Its pur- pose is to stimulate the continued study of foreign languages, to develop an interest in the languages, literature and civilization of other peoples, and to promote friend- ship and international understanding. Membership is based upon 'scholastic achievement in Spanish, French, or Ger- man. Sponsors are Mrs. Esther Hepple, Mrs. Malcomb Perryman and Mrs. Hortense Davison.

The society also sponsors the Best All-Around Girl Award. The faculty sponsor is Miss Mar- garet McMillan. Phi Theta Kappa Presidents' Club THE PRESIDENTS, CLUB is open to presidents of all organiza- tions on campus. Its principal function is to make the calen- dar of events for the school year.
