Student Government Association PLLL GIRLS ENRQLLLD at Christian are members ol the Stu- dent Government Association, organized in 19211. Its pur- pose is to serve as a guide in all phases ol? student life, and to be the coordinating agency ol student activities. The officers and the three hall presidents compose the executive committee, and Mrs. Dora M. johnson, dean of women, is the advisor. Senior representatives, elected from the halls, and the president of the Town Girls are the other Student Council members. junior Council members are elected second semester to serve the remainder of the school year. Council members explain and put into effect the call- down system, edit the student handbook, Living and Learningf' and suggest regulation changes. A faculty committee on student affairs acts as an ad- visory group. In May of 1954 a special committee of stu- dents and faculty met and recommended changes in regulations.
