The first pep rally at 5900 Walnut Grove Road for the C.B.H.S. vs. South Side football game. The first dance held during the T965-66 school year, featur- ing the Groupe. C.B.H.S. students collected S1009 for the St. Jude Teenagers' March. The Homecoming celebration: the bonfire, the victory over Kingsbury, and the Clearpool dance. The Student Government staged an unique talent show, the GroundIing Affair. The first band concert of the season. The Senior Class sponsored the l965 Rose Dance, with music by the Guilloteens. The first sock-hop introduced a new form of entertainment at C.B.H.S. The Band presented the 6th annual Mid-South Band Clinic here at the new school.
