I if ,L ffl' 4.-1 may ,c . .fu . QQ' ,Qifx 1. 'W , M-.. mv rw if Nineteen sixty-six looms as one of the most successful baseball campaigns in Christian Brothers High School history. Following a Legion team that captured third place in the American Legion World Series in Aberdeen, South Dakota, the tu- ture appears optimistic for the varsity squad which retains many of last year's lettermen. Depth, usually a serious prob- lem to a baseball team, will be the Broth- ers' outstanding asset. A substantial num- ber ot talented senior players will be backed by hustling iuniors and hopeful sophomores. When this much raw talent is combined with the productive coaching of Mr. Robert Crone, another victorious season in both high school and American Legion competition is a certainty. Home run or strike? Only Ray Pohlman knows.
