But what the boys lack in size is made up for in smart appearance and Esprit de Corps. Vaptain Joe Tierney, ably assisted hy Lieutenants Adam Del 'l'orto and Tom O'Neil, has worked G Vompany into a smart and precise looking unit. On the varsity football squad we find tleorg'e t'ompany's Hill Stra- ney. Jim t'omis tops the cross coun- try men. But since most of the 'tG's haven't come to their height yet, we can expect that in future years they will be represented in great strength. G Fompany also is well 1'epre- sented in the Glee Club. When it comes to backing up C. H. A. activ- ities you can depend on the boys from HG. raigghten those lines.' lmarlis lliker. 5 s hard enough for the company to carry those overcoats! ! In the opinion ot' its officers it is the finest marching unit in the regiment. lt has won the award of honor com- pany several times. Although it holds up the tail end of the regiment, it is rated higher than its position in the regiment. Some ot' the outstanding men in llUWl'l company are: in basketball t'armen Romano, Ron De Matteo, Tom Hailey and John La Fond. Our public speaker is Dick Salisbury. There you have some personalities ot' Il company, not only an outstand- ing marching unit, but also composed ot' outstanding individuals. Truly ll is a credit to the regiment and a credit to the school. 01' course we don't want to take anything away from other com- panies, hut as the old saying goes, The Truth SOIN1'f1'IHl'H Illlrfsf' Congratulz ' ' 1 , u :tions to tonip ing ll! tapt.
