1 80-81 School Year in Review The 1980-81 school year started out on many positive notes. First and foremost, Mr. David Singleton became our new superintendent. He took over a very unstable position and added the stability that gave an air of confidence to everyone associated with the school. The next positive note was the new teachers. Miss Soward, Mrs. Lankford, Miss Benoit, Miss Paschal, Miss Smith, Mrs. Fletcher, Mrs. Stewart, and Miss McGowan. All came in and along with our fine returning teachers, became a vital part of our school family. The class of '81 was not only the biggest in CA. history, but also a very ambitious class. Finally the rest of the student body was a big plus. The moving of the elementary to the high school campus gave a chance for the high school students to learn responsibility by example while learning many other things from our younger students. All these things have made for a most exciting school year. 4 rfzzifw' ' H .. .1 L in- 'si i 538A-WF! . 5 ' . 8 1 Q . .1 gigs' if 3 ' ' .
