Tlioj: strove to develop leadership, cooperation, citizenship and patriotism, The twain oisfective of the organization was to improve agricultural methods and to make tlie boys hetier fitted to take their places as modern farmers upon their graduation. During the past year, the FFA had individual incomes totaling iBl2,3OO and spent 5,523 Qiours ol labor on their projects. There were torty-eight members. P. Howard D . Collier E Matlock C. Quick THE DUDE HONOR SOCIETY, with Mr. Ouick as grubstaker, increased in number this year with several new tender-toots making the Honor Roll. There were sixteen old-timers lost fall which number was soon changed to twenty-tive. The tender-toots had a hum-dinger of a year which included shin-digs for the dudes at the Ouick and Turnbaugh homesteads and several very successful concessions. The tender-toots ended the year with an annual hog heaven which included a combination of a larnin' trip in the mornin' and an afternoon ot fun makin' This year's top hands were: superintendent, Duane Collier, foreman, Ernest Matlock, and bookkeeper-paymaster, Pansy Howard.
