“PtofiAecy (cont’d.) From the world of high finance, we have Janet Hickman, who rose from a bookkeeper to the controlling party on the New York Stock Exchange. The reason for her sudden success was that no one but she could figure out her bookkeeping. The scientific world is also represented tonight. Dick Koch, the inventor of the first rocket to Mars, is here, along with Russell Joramo, the pilot and sole survivor of the rocket when it crashed. After writing stories for the GROWL, Monte Rae Anderson went on and wrote several novels. Her current best seller is PILTDOWN PLACE. Another girl making money hand over fist is Doris Riggs. She collects pop bottles after the Moose dances and sells them at an enormous profit. Russell Meech is prospecting for gold in Teton Canyon. Right now he is asking his old high school pals for a grubstake. Janet Clark isn’t here tonight because she is recovering in her own hospital from the heart attack she had when she got the word that the Democrats won the last election. The international playboy, Victor Perkins, has returned, and with his seventh wife's money is starting to buy the entire town of Conrad. Abo with us is the Chief of the New York police department, Marlene Black. Kay Ferris arrived in her Model T. By the looks of the car, no one would ever suspect she has a few of her money bags hidden away in the hub caps. Roger Swanson is a traveling salesman selling little knick-knacks like special brushes for Cadillacs lined with grizzly bear fur, and wigs made from feathers for bald parakeets. Marlene Van Setten is still engaged in her favorite pastime, scaring cats and chasing dogs. The new president of Safeway is here tonight. Of course he is none other than the genius of the canned bean department, Travis Collier. Elinor Thorman is doing very well. She is in Idaho selling all of her old used cars. The Choteau Acantha has hired a sensational new cartoonbt. Gene Depner. His cartoon characters are Wilbur Van Snerdge and his pal Orville Peabody. Jeri Armstrong is selling rare Armstrong wigs. She makes them from her own hair. Busi- ness isn't so good now, however, because she is growing bald. Peter Bouma drove down in one of his newer cars. He is in charge of spending his father's money. Carol Enderson now owns her own cigarette factory. Her slogan is, Buy cigarettes parents can’t smell. Don Baumgartner plays basketball for the Boston Celtics. On the side he advertises for Marlboro cigarettes, Gillete blue blades, and various other sundry items. Mountaineer Jo Ann Moore has come down from her hermitage on top of Ear Mountain to be with us this evening. After graduating from Choteau High, Judy Bivens attended secretarial school, where she learned little tricks like sitting on the boss's lap. We find that Harold Yeager now owns all of the land west of Choteau to the mountains, and besides all that he is the champion cowboy of the world. Jan Jaumotte is the official photographer for this reunion. She had to retire from her work on Expose Magazine because some party pooper kept breaking her flash bulbs. Also present is that brilliant criminal lawyer, John (Perry Mason) Salmond. He arrived after getting Sharon Durfee off the hook for a traffic violation, improper passing, which, in her case, means driving under large trucks instead of around them. Barbi Standish is busy operating a radar screen. Now none of those Fairfield boys can slip past her. The last person to arrive was Jack Bradley. He came up in one of his own airplanes. He is the owner of the airline company whose slogan is, He who tries to get there fastest usually arrives lastest.
