Wedium CLASS HISTORY We entered the doors of Choteau High in 1952 as eager fresh- man. Before we hardly knew what was going on our faces were all covered with lipstick. On the last day of the second week we had to wear men’s long under wear backwards with a girl's swim- ming suit over the top. The sophomores greeted us with a dance after the first home football game. At our first class meeting we elected our class officers. They were: President, Gene Henneford; Vice-pres., Leif Larsen; Sec- retary, Gayle Armstrong; Treasurer, DaleDepner; Representatives, Marie Vance and Wally Cherry. Our class sponsors were Mr. Reed and Miss Brown. Several of the boys in our class went out for sports but none received letters. Our last event for the year was the painting of the X . In our freshman year we lost Delbert Breding, Don Guindon, Beverly Moser,Cleve Oadwald, Harmie Toren, and James Brewster. In 1953 we met the freshman as mighty sophomores. We gave a dance for them after the first football game. At our first class meeting we elected our officers. They are President, Leif Larsen; Vice-pres., Gene Henneford; Secretary, Faye Baker; Treasurer, Pauline Richem; Representatives, Marie Vance and James Lohse. Our class sponsors are Mi. Peterson and Mr. Anna la. Mrs. Mathews was one of cur class sponsors before she left. Mr. Anna la replaced her. We have four new members this year and have lost one. There were seven boys in our class this year that received let- ters. D. Wilson M. Yeager B. Zagoda S. Zier This page is sponsored by H and H SERVICE and THE G T A 29
