THE SCHOONER FREEDOM Among the beautiful craft now ported at the Harry Lundenberg School of Seamanship at Piney Point, Maryland, is the schooner Freedom. The maritime school, which was established at Piney Point in 1967, has as its purpose the training of young men in the basic skills of seamanship for the maritime industry.
