A Future Homemakers of America is a national youth organization sponsored by the Home Economic Teachers and State Supervisors of Home Economics. lt is made up of local chapters located throughout the nation. These chapters have affiliated through the Department of Vocational Home Economics forming a confederation known as Future Homemakers of America. The program of F. H. A. affords opportunity for developing pupil abilities in leadership and fellowship through participation in club programs. F. H. A. activities also afford opportunities for exchange of ideas ond the development of friendship with pupils in other schools. F. F.A ' The Future Farmers of America, or F. F. A. os it is commonly known, is the National Organization of, by and for boys studying Vocational Agriculture in public secondary schools under the provisions of the National Vocational Acts. The Future Farmers of America organizations are built to include: leadership and character development, sportsmanship, cooperation, service, thrift, scholarship, improved agriculture, or- ganized recreation, citizenship and patrotism.
