To the Class of 1964: It is always most gratifying to be able to give my very heartiest congratulations to a graduating class. Your class deserves an extra measure of praise due to your tremendous achievements over the past years in Chittenango Central School. We fully realize that your graduation day is not an end in itself but a commencement or a be- ginning of a beautiful future. Whatever your calling, remember Thomas A. Edison once said, I never did anything worth doing by accident; nor did any of my inventions come by accident; they came by work. So be it, neither has your education and achievements thus far been accidental. The efforts and sacrifices by you and your parents and guardians are well worthwhile and commendable as we look back.
