Of the 43, we have left 39. During this year, we held our first dance, aided by the music of Chuck Bush’s Orchestra with Lee Love calling. We added the profit of $40 to our treas- ury. We were well represented in sports by both girls and boys. The girls were June Urciuoli, and Ethel Hills as cheerleaders. Among the boys, Lee Button, Harvey Lonphear, Neil Bortle, Gerry Case, Billy Kesler, Bob McCombie, Elwin Centner, Martin Boylan, and Philip Seaman were on the Freshman basketball team. Some of the boys also participated on the Football team. In the activities we have had, we have enjoyed high degrees of cooperation between the class members. May we always have it.

The greatest event of the year for us was our successful Sophomore Dance, which was held in the school gymnasium on April 28, 1950.
