With quarterback Steve Gianakoupolous calling the signals the team played many close and competitive games. We Are the Big Reds The Freshmen, l.V., and Varsity Cheerleaders had a good year in 197,7 cheering the football teams through many games, whether they were for better or for worse. Whether it was raining, sleeting, snowing or below freezing, the cheerleaders were out there doing their best. Now that's devotion! Each year, the cheerleading squad's talent improves and they're all L a- ' looking forward to a great season next'year. Bi? Football Cheerleaders include: Carmela Tanoury, Karen Lattanzi, Lisa Shanahan, Chris White, Karen jones, Liz Bellanca, Melinda Baich, and Sandy Sans.
