However, to know the total you isa very difficult and extensive job. The total you includes your emotions, goals, feelings, problems, needs, desires, and values - all the things that make you a unique person. Knowing yourself will give you self-confidence and assurance. Once you know yourself, you will be able to understand others and life in general better. Exploring your emotions and goals will lead you to determine what you really want out of life. Then you will be able to put things in their proper perspective. What you learn from the experience of school depends upon how much you apply yourself. How quickly you learn about yourself and your needs and goals depends on you and the experiences that lead to personal growth that you encounter.
