Just Beg1nn1ng EN FRESHMEN FRESHMEN FRESHMEN FRESHMEN FRESHMEN FRESHM F ESHME Beginning to put something together, whether it be a project, a puzzle, or even the copy for this yearbook, is the most difficult part. It takes motivation to get started and enthusiasm to keep on going. Once the foundation is laid, however, the rest is easy. The freshman year is the very foundation for putting together life's pieces. It is here in the beginning of one's education that one learns the skills that will be used in the future. One obtains the study habits that will be used over and over again. One learns to adapt to a new situationg in the freshman's case, a new schoolg and to change to fit in with others. One is laying the path that will later, hopefully, take him to success. These and other things one learns are practice for the real world. How one reacts in these first situations will reflect upon how one will react in future situations. This original learning experience will determine one's future. 173
