Homecoming featured fine weather this year. Beginning officially with a bonfire and sock-hop on Wednesday. September 29, festivities continued with the girls' basketball team taking on Malta, Thursday. The next day, which was beautiful, saw the most activity. First came a program with jokes, skits, the coronation, and music. Queen Kathi Barber and King Mike Sattleen were serenaded by The Third Degree as a closing number. The freshmen and the FHA captured top prizes for floats in the parade held later that afternoon. The football team won the Homecoming game against Conrad 48-24 to make it the best night in eight years (the last time the Beeters defeated the Cowboys). Homecoming ended on Saturday with a dance played by The Third Degree. A Beeter girls' game against Havre preceded it. BB GUESTS 3S YDS.5G0 F 29

Varsity Football. . . Thrilled the Hometown Fans The varsity football team had a great season this year - the best they have ever had in years! The boys played well and won all four home games including Homecoming, but unfortunately lost all of the games on the road. Tim Harshman was the only Beeter to make All-Conference .
