Alumni, and Students: After six months of college life one can readily draw striking contrasts between college and high school life. Dormitory life makes a deep Impression during the first few weeks. Privacy is to be had only during the hours of the morning twilight. During the rest of the day one hears melodious but stupefying college chants, or hotly contested arguments fill the smoke-saturated air with husky voices. To extinguish such hot argument the fire hose is often used.
