Dickey, Homer Bogue, Clerk of Board Earl Newman, Bla Van D The members of the Board ot Education are the people be- hind the scenes ot Chino high school. Their duty is to help the superintendent select the proper teachers, develop school policy, and budget the school funds. The Board ot Education is composed ot tive men selected by the community. The only pay they receive tor their time and ettort is the satisfaction ot seeing better Chino schools. During the year l95l-52, the Board 'was very busy start- ing construction on ten new classrooms on the new high school site, and constructing additional classroom facilities at the El Rancho school. Another accomplishment was the landscaping of the grounds around the tootball field and shower rooms. The flewman School plans have been approved and work has Qegun. The townspeople and the students are grateful for the time and interest ot these public school spirited men.
