Every first Thursday of every school month that or- ganization, made up of girls from the ninth to the twelfth grades, inclusive, has held its meeting and presented a program. An effort has been made this year to develop local talent, and members of the League have furnished most of the programs. The purpose of the organization-to promote friendships and to make every girl feel that she is an integral part in school affairs-has been well achieved. The successful year came to a climax with the Mother- Daughter banquet held in February. Presiding officers are Dorothy Qliver, president, Marguerite Lassa, vice-presidentp Annetha Berryman, secretaryp loanne Pellissier, treasurerg and Dorothy Hood, Barbara Brown, and Boberta Dodge, representatives from the junior, sophomore, and freshman classes, respectively.
