1986 FORENSIC WINNERS The 1986 Forensics Team for CHS had a very successful year, with winners on District, Region and State levels. At the Region A Tournament, Shannon Brown and Jennifer Mason came away with first place medals in their areas of competition—Shannon for her reading of Sylvia Plath’s “Daddy” for the Poetry Category, and Jennifer for her selection for the Humorous Dramatic Interpretation Category. On the State level in Charlottesville, Shannon again took first place in her category. Since the Forensics Team was made up of many underclassmen, CHS can look forward to another winning year in 1987.
