I, Herbert Haugh, being of unsound mind and exhausted body do hereby leave to my brother Michael, my ability to play football provided he plays better than I; to Karl, my big brother, the ability to get into trouble for he’s already mastered the skill; and to Mr. Enright, our third period study hall. I, Belinda Banks Howard, hereby leave my will and deter- mination to graduate to my fellow schoolmates, Kim Jester and Mary Kaminski. And I wish the very best to the upcoming Seniors as well. I, Susan Howard, being of confused mind and fragile body do hereby leave the following: (1) to next year’s cheerlead- ing squad, my ability to always do the right thing (but at the wrong time), (2) to Mr. Montresor and Mr. Taylor, a new stock of late slips, and (3) to my brother, Shaney, lots of luck and good times when he attends C.H.S. I, Cloyd Jester, being of sound mind and hairy body, do hereby will my football abilities to Bobby Allen Tull, pro- vided he can break bones better than I; also to Jeannette Birch, I leave all my government notes, provided she can pass Mr. Taylor with them. I, Gloria Lankford, being of sound mind and great body do hereby leave my ability to study hard and pass a test with- out cheating to Donna and Kim Lankford, and my ability to play sports to Roger and Kevin Lankford, and hope that they will do as well as I have. I, Bernard Lankford, being of sound mind and well-built body, I leave my athletic ability to my brother, Roger, and sister, Donna, provided they are as good as I am or better. I, David Lewis, leave to my nephew, Bryan Lewis, my abili- ties to do all that I have done and gotten away with (most of it!). Love-n-Kisses. I, Shelly “Weedcutter’” Mason, being of unstable mind and partied-out body, do hereby leave the following: My ability of eloquent speech to Barlow, providing he can refine it better than I, and my ability to kill ducks to Danny Berry, providing he doesn’t kill any down on Be ebe Road. I, Mark Matthews, being of unsound mind and body, give nothing to nobody because I’m taking it with me. This is Mark from Ork signing off... “Nano, Nano.” I, Curtis Merritt, being of mind and body, do hereby leave: (1) to my brother Bobby my collection of unwritten hall passes and all my braile cheat sheets and luck through the rest of his years at CHS; (2) to Kerry Bernstein my abilities in Master Mind and one pair of mir- ror sunglasses; (3) and last but not least I leave Coach Mears the skill and ability to tell the big ones from the little ones. I, Vernon Merritt, being of crazy mind and of one body, do hereby leave my ability to play football to Kevin Merritt, because Denny Mears wouldn’t know what to do with it, and to Wyle Maddox, I leave a large pizza from the Pizza Hut. I, Amos Miller, being of wonderful mind and “Mr. Amer- ica” body, leave my smartness and ability to graduate to Dempsey, Andrew, Horace; and my athletic ability to James (Bubby) Townsend. I, Steve Reed, being of half sound mind and uncooperative body, do hereby leave my football skills to Danny Berry, provided he doesn’t cone anyone, and my ability to play baseball to Kerry Rieker, provided he can play better than I did. I, John Tarr, being of overloaded mind and body, do hereby will my athletic ability to my brother, Jerry Tarr. To Wyle Maddox I leave my ability to do all my homework and not cheat on tests. Last but not least, I leave to Danny Berry, my ability to get into Mr. Enwright’s hairs or what’s left of them. P.S. Good Luck Football Team. I, Tim Tarr, being of lazy mind and body, do hereby leave my football ability to Bobby Tull, provided that he can use it better than I did. I, Donnie Thornton, being of little mind and body, leave nothing to nobody because I am taking it all with me. I, Eddie Thornton, being of unstable mind and almost dead body, do hereby leave to Maury Enright all the munchies in third period study hall, to Leeanne Jeffries, the ability to go to her locker between classes provided she doesn’t get caught like I did, and to Bobbie Jo Allen, I leave myself. I, Linda Thornton, being of sound mind and great body, do hereby leave to my nephew, Kenny, the ability to get out of school quicker than I have, and to George I leave all my love. I, Penny Sue White, being of cuddly body and witty mind, leave my ability to make clever remarks to Tammy Wil- liams, providing she does as well as I did; to all my teach- ers, | leave my thanks. Also, to all students at C.H.S. good luck in the future. My memories of C.H.S. I will never for- get, so am taking these with me. 29
