CS DIVISION The Signalmen of CS Division have the responsibility for all visual communications aboard CHILTON, These men carry out this mission by d9V91ODiI1g great skill in the use of signal flags, flashing light, and semaphore. Despite the development of faster means of communications, the role played by the Signalmen is vital in any successful naval operations.
