Bollinger DEDICATION The senior class of nineteen hundred and sixty four proudly de- dicates the Chiloccoan to Mr. Miles H. Bollinger, High School Academic Department Head. The senior class will long remember Mr. Bollinger for his continuous interest in assisting the student body, his guid- ance, and his integrity in making our school superior. 1 It is rewarding to look back over a year of work and feel that worthwhile per- formance has been accomplished. During this year almost 1200 Indian boys and girls have taken advantage of at least some of the education offerings at Chiloc- co. This, we believe, is a step forward toward self-realization on the part of In- dian boys and girls. We are sure that their life has been greatly enriched and their experiences broadened by associating in a society made up of peers and faculty members as is found at Chilocco. To our graduating classes let us extend heartiest congratulations. We hope that commencement is the beginning for greater accomplishment. To our under- graduates, let us hope that you will con- tinue in giving yourself as many edu- cational experiences as is possible and that you will return to Chilocco to take advantage of your opportunity for more education. Dr. Leon Wall, Superintendent George W. Walker. Principal Dear Graduates We extend our sincere congratulations to the Chilocco graduates of 1964. Your diploma is evidence of your sincere ef- forts, your strong determinations, and your high ambitions. Competency in your vocational skills and academic accomplish- ments are but stepping stones and an incentive to greater achievements in your future lives. Commencement is the be- ginning of new opportunities to continue your education in your chosen academic field or seek employment in your vocation. May your future decision be based on the wise guidance and counseling you have received from your teachers, advisers, and administrators while a student at Chilocco. Whatever you do, we encourage you to do your best to make a worthwhile contri- bution to your community. We wish you happiness and success in a world that is filled with excitement and unbelievable accomplishments. 6 DEPARTMENT HEADS ef,1 l2, ri ht' Pe?rl Goodbear High Sch°o1 preparat°ry, Alvin Kivett, Agriculture Mary Girls Guidance, Leon Lacy, Plant Management, Dee Gregory, Boys Guidance Cnctnn Trades, Elizabeth Heagy, Home Economics, Miles Bollinger, High School Academic Werneke, Nicholson, ACADEMIC DEPARTMENT Seated, left to right, Leona Warren, Loreta Courtney.
