Bill Garrett arrives in time to finish up his home Let's see your hall pass! work before first period begins. This Is a Usual Day . . . Up at seven o'clock, grab a bite of toast, and out the door by 7:30. So begins a day in the life of a typical CHS student. After a quick stop at the locker to load up with books, we head for our first period class, to begin the first of several interminable class periods and one incredibly short lunch period. At three oiclock, if We are lucky enough not to have received one of those long, narrow slips of paper, we scramble out the doors in a mad rush to avoid the traffic jam in the parking lot. At eight o'clock itls back to school again for revue practice. Finally, comes the nightly strug- gle With the books ending the day late at night. Hello, Johnny's Drive Inn? Revue fcores Smash Hit X, , , Xf ,X Top: C.H.S. Tappers display a difficult pinwheel formation. The hand is quicker than the eye, as proved by the amazing magic of Neil Reynolds. Shucks, if it ain't our country cousins, Anne Deuvall and Bob Wag- ner. Bottom: Encore, encore for the wonderful Dixie Land Band. Susan Quinn insists SHE COULD HAVE DANCED ALL NIGHT.'l The honored position of Master of Ceremonies was very capably handled by Tom Rice. Mr. Duncan pacing up and down, Tom Rice chewing his fingernails, the low murmuring of the Chorus electrified the atmosphere of the Annual Revue. The curtain was pulled and stage fright left as the guys and gals of C.H.S. started their well-polished routine in the toy shop which was the set for the extravaganza. Chorus line, dancers, singers, actors all performed with the skill and confidence of Broadway Stars. S 5 fs . The chorus, putting up their um- brellas, sings Just Walkin' in the Rainf, Bottom: A scene from Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dreamu was quite a hit in the Revue.
