On Vocational Guidance Day in the auditorium Mr. Thornton is talk- ing to a group ol' students who are interested ni music as a vocation. Suzie Quinn and Bob Evans doing some fancy jitterbugging at a Friday night basketball dance. these are some of the man thin Class work is not all that takes place at C. H. We have many extra activities to occupy our spare time. Although our school work is the main reason lor being in C. H. S.. we must admit we welcome the interscholastic ball games and the other sports. the aftergame dances. the newly formed Student Council. the class parties. the Seniors Vocational Guidance Day. and. of course. the Prom and Graduation Day. lt seems. as each event passes. another activity is being planned. and we can look forward to it. Yes. xx hen you come to think about it. there are a lot of things that happen around C. H. S. It certainly is nice when all the students catch the spark of school lite and join in all these fun-filled activities.
