I In order to graduate, students must eomplete five years of English. These classes include liter¬ ature, grammar, and composition. This year ninth grade literature classes dramatized scenes from Great Expectations (pictured at left). Stu¬ dents improved their composition and punctua¬ tion by correcting themes on overhead projectors (Joan Worley pictured below). Book reports, term papers, and themes gave students the opportunity to improve their writing skills. MRS. MARY E.
