It is the offspring of two parent if languages that united back on the sands of time to constitute a standardized language. 3' One of the constituents was the fiery Anglo-Saxong the other was Latin, the immortal if language of Caesar and Plato. With the integration of these two languages, our U QP ancestors were able to express their thoughts with less perplexity 5 and, consequently, the elf imperfect methods of thought expression in forms of pictures and illustrations were if forgotten. They were then ready to drink from the reservoir of understanding. They had reached a quiet and peaceful land where they could express life in all its forms of 5 jg truth and beauty. This diffusion of language brought about better means of thought fa , communication and educational advancement. 7 T rvn ' ? 7. In order to appreciate our own master writers, we study their imperishable compo- 5? sitions of poetry, prose, drama, and novel. Whether realistic or fantastical, we always T3 receive an inspiration that usually remains with us pemianently.
